🔥 How to Stop the Political Bullshit on Social Media (And Why LinkedIn Should Stay Professional)**
Let LinkedIn Be LinkedIn — Not Cable News
Social media has become a nonstop firehose of political noise. Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram — every platform is overflowing with opinions, arguments, memes, outrage, and “breaking news” that breaks absolutely nothing.
And look, I’ll own my part in it.
I post political content on my Facebook Page. I laugh at the chaos. I comment. I rant. I joke. And yes — in my opinion, #DonaldTrump is the #worsepresidentever. That’s my First Amendment right, and everyone should verify political claims with trusted sources before believing anything online.
But here’s the line in the sand:
LinkedIn should NOT be political.
LinkedIn was built for careers, networking, opportunity, and professional growth — not campaign drama, not partisan warfare, not ideological trench battles. It’s supposed to be the one place where people can focus on work, skills, hiring, and business without being dragged into the political mud.
Yet here we are.
Political posts. Political arguments. Political influencers. Political ads.
And people are paying Premium prices for the privilege of scrolling through it.
That’s where I say: Enough
